Signage Maintenance

Half a sign lit and a faded face make a business look shut, and customers notice before you do. Heat, dust and humidity wear signs out faster here than in milder places. A regular check catches the small faults before they turn into a full replacement.

Where it's used

  • Lit signs with dark sections or flicker
  • Faded or peeling faces and vinyl
  • Multi-branch brands needing consistent upkeep
  • High-level signs needing safe access
  • Pre-summer inspections

Materials and finishes

  • Replacement LED modules

Matched colour temperature so repairs do not stand out.

  • Heat-rated drivers

Upgraded drivers to replace units that fail in summer.

  • Reface materials

New acrylic, flex or vinyl faces for signs with sound frames.

  • Sealants and fixings

Stainless fixings and seals that stop water and dust entry.

Built for Saudi conditions

  • Most lit signs fail in summer, when the heat pushes drivers past what they can take. A check before summer saves a lot of surprises.
  • Dust inside a light box dims it. Often a good clean brings the brightness back without any new parts.
  • Signs near the coast need their fixings checked for rust, especially older ones hung on mild-steel brackets.

Frequently asked questions

Can you repair a sign another company made?

Yes. We look at it first and tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing or better replaced.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

[TODO: client] Confirm whether Waleed offers annual maintenance contracts and what they include.

Why do some letters go dark while others stay lit?

Usually it's one dead module, a loose connection or a driver that feeds that part of the sign. An inspection tells us which.

How often should signs be inspected?

At least once a year, and before summer if you can. Signs near the sea or on busy roads do better with more frequent checks.
