Ordering & quotes
How do I get a quotation?
Fill in the quote form, call us, or send a WhatsApp with what you need, the size or quantity, where it's going and a photo if you have one. We'll come back with options and a written quotation.
Do you charge for a quotation?
No, quotes are free. For bigger signs we might suggest visiting the site first, so the price is based on the real building and not a guess.
What should I include in my request?
What it is, the size or quantity, where it's going, when you need it, and any artwork or photos you can share. The more you tell us, the closer the quote will be.
How do I confirm an order?
Once you've approved the quotation in writing and paid any advance we agreed, it's confirmed.
Design & artwork
Can you design my artwork?
Yes. Our designers can create artwork for signs, print and clothing, or tidy up the files you already have.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) work best. A high-resolution image is fine too, and if your logo needs redrawing we can do that.
Do you design in Arabic and English?
Yes. We design signs, print and branding in both languages and make sure the two scripts sit well together.
Production & delivery
How long does a job take?
It depends on what it is, how many and the finish. Simple printing is quick. Signs that need building take longer. You'll see the timeline in your quotation.
Do you install signs?
Yes. Our own team installs signs, banners and graphics, including work up high.
Which areas do you serve?
Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Jubail and the rest of the Eastern Province. We also take on projects anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
Materials & care
Which materials last outdoors in Saudi conditions?
Stainless steel, aluminium, UV-stable acrylic and sealed LED modules cope well with the heat, sun and humidity. We'll suggest the right ones for your spot.
Do you repair and maintain signs?
Yes. We repair and service signs, including swapping LEDs and power supplies.
How should I care for printed apparel?
Turn it inside out, wash in cool water, and don't iron straight onto the print.
